Standard three-layer or four-layer composite film structures (examples: polyester/aluminized polyester/linear low-density polyethylene, polyester/aluminum foil/nylon/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum foil/nylon/cast polypropylene structures). They feature high heat-seal strength and outstanding barrier properties to ensure stable standing performance and reliable heat-sealing strength of stand-up pouches.
2. Excellent barrier performance: the oxygen transmission rate is as low as 0.8 cm³/(m²·24h·0.1 MPa), with an extremely low water vapor transmission rate, making it highly suitable for packaging applications requiring a long shelf life.
3. High-precision gravure printing: supports 6-to-9-color gravure printing processes and offers three surface treatment options including gloss finish, matte finish and UV varnishing. The printed patterns deliver high definition with wear-resistant and scratch-resistant properties.
